The receptionist, is rude and ignorant and does not know how to do her job. I came in as a walk in patient, requesting blood work results, she told me to come back tomorrow, and they could help me then

Was very polite and kind to my 6 yrs old son , introduced him self well , speakes slow and clear , delt with our son's fear by playing with him few seconds , ansewered all our questions, did blood work and chest xray , diagnosed my son with pneumonia and called the pediatrics for admision ,,
