Left Dr. Pearl after 20 years of being her patient. Regretfully her disposition changed. While under her care, I ended up with a permanent partial disability and was unable to return to full time employment.

I have had this doctor for over 20 years. She has kids about my kids age and we are close in age. She calls it like she sees it. She is very knowledgeable. She has always done the right thing for our whole family. She is patient kind and takes the time to find out all the answers.
