A quote from another patient at RateMDs sums it up: I find the whole practice has a rushed and condescending attitude toward the patients. The receptionists are icy.It's as though the motivation comes from the "fee for service" rather than providing good care. Dr Madan has a tendency to half-listen to part of what you're telling her, then cuts you off. She seems to assume she knows what I'm going to say but then starts rambling in a direction that completely disregards what I'm talking about. Whenever I leave her office, I leave feeling unheard, stupid and angry at myself for not asserting myself better but when I do assert myself and try to get her to listen, she gets a hostile attitude and does things her way anyway. Her line to me "I'm the specialist here". My reply "yes, but I'm the one experiencing the symptoms, so you need to listen to know what I'm talking about". Ultimately, we both agreed that I don't trust her and will have to go elsewhere. That's the only intelligent thing I think she said in any of my interactions with her.
