Wow. Fast, efficient, but knows exactly what to do. Made a very quick assessment that I needed duct cauterization due to extreme dry eyes from Sjogren’s Syndrome, booked it, did all four over two appointments, what relief from my pain and eye irritation! But it was all done so quickly and efficiently, there was no time to get scared about the procedure, it was over in a few seconds, and no pain afterwards, except for some itchiness with healing. But still very caring, not cold and detached at all. So glad to have found this doctor. Used to wait three hours at other opthamologist, who did nothing to relieve pain or symptoms and said on one occasion “you’re wasting my time”!!!
