Dr. Neeta Patel is an amazing and extremely knowledgeable Doctor. Answers all question, with explanation. Not only does she answer questions about baby, but also about the mother. Never rushes you out of her office. I've looked around and visited many different pediatricians for my daughter and couldn't be any happier with, DR. Neeta Patel.

Dr. Neeta Patel is a very good pediatrician. However the front desk staff is the WORST I have seen in all my life. I have variety of issues ranging from no followup, no actions over the phone, lethargic behaviour, 'I'm always right' attitude, no understanding of customer service, partiality, discrimination, no cleanliness. The staff almost touched my 4 DAY old daughter after sweeping with broomstick and mop, going into the toilet to keep it back and handling patients without cleaning hands or even sanitizing. When I pointed out, she simply claimed that her hands are clean and that they don't use hand sanitizer before every patient. I insisted that she wash her hands with soap before she reads head circumference or weight of my child. I have seen discriminatory behaviour and partiality with the front desk staff. They sent in patient next to me in queue ahead of me although my appointment was ahead of them and I was waiting with my infant for 40 minutes. This discrimination was not once but on many occasions. When I questioned she simply said their appointment was before me. I asked them to show me the appointment sheet which was visible in plain sight and then they realized they made a mistake. Still - no apology. She simply said, the patient needs immediate attention - funny thing, I was talking with that patient during my wait time and they were there for the 2 year old well visit. Another time when I visited with my child having severe fever, I was still made to wait 40 minutes in queue - no 'immediate attention' at that time. When I moved to a new address, I requested a referral to another doctor. After 4 days of unlimited calls to them, I am still battling with these unhelpful front desk staff to get a referral faxed to my new doctor. No communication or service whatsoever. God knows how these people are recruited as front desk customer facing staff. If Dr. Neeta Patel practices anywhere other than 1100 Sheppard Ave E. (Suite 405) - try there. I have rated Dr. Neeta Patel's knowledge as excellent as she really is a good doctor but sometimes enough is enough - we have to go through front desk staff all the time and it is a nightmare.

Dr. Patel is a great doctor. Very patient and never rushed. She will always listen to her patients issues. Very caring. My son has greatly benefitted from having her as his doctor.

Very supportive and caring Pediatrician. We are patients since 2008. Dr.Patel has great communication skills and knowledge, as well as genuine concern for her patients.

It is always nice to see a doctor to truly cares about the well being of your child. Dr. Patel takes her time to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable leaving her office.

She is a very good doctor I have ever seen - she has been looking after my 2 girls since they are born almost 5 yrs now. She gives you the full time and treat and listen to every problems you have and answers them logically. We will miss you a lot as we are moving to Milton now.

If you want a doctor who really cares about her patients...this would be the perfect doctor. She is always cheerful with her patients. It makes the parents feel more comfortable as well.

Dr Patel is always ready and eager to help any patient, and their parent, no matter how new and bothersome. Her knowledge and her patience is greatly appreciated, and unfortunately results in delays seeing her. Those delays are well worth it when you end up being the parent that needs 15 extra minutes for an odd question.

My daughter has been going to Dr. Patel since she was born. We were very lucky to be referred to her because everything from being an info resource for my wife and I, to caring for our baby, Dr. Patel is head & shoulders above any doctor I've had and its important to have a caring Dr in for your child. She's awesome!
