Pictures, picture pructies. I can't stress enough how important they are Even if you don't have any pructies (because the event was a radio interview), you can put up a picture of the radio station logo. And if you are really keen you can make the graphic link to the website, or better yet, right to the radio interview just saying

I was extremely happy with Dr. Ferreira, he is extremely knowledgeable and honestly I couldn't have asked for a better outcome on my surgery, I'd give him 5 on everything except he does tend to take a little too much time to make sure absolutely everything is perfect so the day of my surgery he was running an hour or so behind, but other then that I couldn't be happier.
