Uninterested to help. Does not know anything about mental health issues. As a mother dealing with mental issues she is dismissive and does not know about any available resources. Not approachable, long waits, poor availability and difficult to talk to.

Dr English is my family doctor for years and even for my relative. Her service is great and well-warming! However, the staff at the office really needs to have a better 'patient-care'/ customer-service relation! Many times my reports are gone missing and no front desk employee seem to look into the matter!
