Although the office is super busy at times, and sometimes she runs late, her valuable knowledge, and upfront manner are well worth it. We're blessed to have her as our pediatrician!

Love her, she has taken case of our twins since they were born (8 years). She has always been attentive, understanding and practical. I love her manner with the kids, and they love her (even if she does give them needles! I wish she could be my family doctor as well!!!

A great doctor, perhaps a tad on the condescending side, but overall very helpful and possessing a good sense of humour. Morag is particularly helpful among the office staff.

She has been our pediatrician for 16 years and is fantastic. Her office is very busy but she always takes time to ask lots of questions, in a matter-of-fact way, while respecting the kids. During cold season you might spend a bit of time on hold, but otherwise you can get an appointment quickly.

We have been with Dr. Neelands for 18yrs after she cared for our premature son in the Special Care nursery. She doesn't see us all that often any more as we've outgrown the need for the all too frequent visits of yesteryear. We will soon be moving on but will miss her.

Dr. Neelands is very professional yet personable. She listens carefully to child and parents. She is responsive, informative, and provides solid medical care and guidance. We feel very fortunate to be able to take our child to Dr. Neelands.
