Great gentleman. Listened carefully what I had to say and didn't try to get rid of me within a few minutes. He knows his business and communicates very clearly what will be the next steps. I had gone under a day surgery at the Michael Garron Hospital and all the staff was very nice and smiling. I only have good words for the whole team of professionals. Bravo! and I wish everybody success for the future.
