Arrogant, negative, does not seem to care. Not helpful. Fine dealing with simple, black and white issues which you could resolve with any doctor. Went over 10 years with him with the same issues. I finally realized, what am I doing here? Got help elsewhere. Most staff nice aside from a couple bad apples.

Certainly knows his medicine (and has caught one or two potentially-serious conditions early). And every specialist to whom he's referred me has been at the top of his/her field. But - just as important - he's a great listener. He always manages to see me on time and yet, once in his office, I never feel rushed: There's always time for any questions I may have and for his patient explanations. The office staff (shared by other doctors) is efficient and caring - especially Niki and nurse Cindy.

Dr. Satok (or Peter if you have been to see him more than once or twice) helped me through a number of health related difficulties I have faced. I am proud to say I am cured of most of these thanks to his insight, honesty, and genuine care for my wellbeing. I am always astounded by the deep knowledge this man had about my physiological and psychological condition. He remembers the first job I had when I moved to Toronto, he asks about personal setbacks and then remarks on the positive things I have going for me in my life. If there was an award for best family doctor, he should be on the list of nominees. On a smaller scale, I have referred several friends and family members to his clinic and would happily do so again. Here's to a true professional going above and beyond for his patients!
