Dr. Jain is a most approachable and caring doctor. She is especially empathetic as a mother of 4 and seems to practice what she values toward good health.

I am very pleased with Dr. Jain's office. Dr. Jain takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and is great with my son. The receptionist is also very kind, and is very organized, knowing who I am before I go to check in. It's a great Dr.'s office.

Wait time averages 1/2 an hour but I've had worse. Dr. Jain does appear rushed at times and I have left the office on a few occassions feeling that my questions were not fully answered.

Wait time is usually 30+ minutes. Gets more caring/helpful as you get to know her but she is a very busy dr. You definitely need to come with a list of questions, voice any concerns and do your own advance research to get the most out of an appt.

- Typically long waiting time (~half an hour) - She is quite busy and sometimes appears rushed - She does have a pleasant personality and tend to put parents at ease - Her office policy is no consultation over the phone, however, it is not unreasonable. There is telehealth one can call. - The clinic is nice and bright, and in addition to the waiting room, there is another room that provides a bit of privacy for parents and their children. The clinic is shared with another pediatrician. There is one thing that bothered me a bit: She sometimes goes on vacation for a few weeks and there is no replacement/substitute physician during her absence. [Since she shares the clinic with another pediatrician, I thought they could work something out and cover each other, but they don't.]
