Doctor Saxena has cared for my toddler grandson since the pre-roundhouse days. He has taken the time to get to know us and has helped us as a family beyond his paediatric scope. I am very grateful to know him and have full confidence that my little man has the best care available now and for many years to come. On the down side, he doesn’t practise geriatrics.

my daughter saw him for anxiety, he told her she was complaining too much and that I should hit her in the head then leave the room when she gets a panic attack. I have heard many other stories like mine about him. Please don't see him for youth behaviour issues.

Dr. Saxena has been the best doctor I've encountered to date across all areas of medicine. His practice is run very efficiently and his staff are amazingly organized. This level of professionalism in itself is unfortunately something that's missing from most doctor's practices. One thing which I really appreciated as a new mom is Dr. Saxena's ability to put us at ease during the early stressful days of parenting. His sense of humour and style of delivery was very well received by my husband and I. Our daughter had lost quite a bit of weight by the time she left the hospital after delivery and he made the journey back to her birth weight feel much less stressful than it would have been otherwise. He recommended a lactation consultant and went as far as to give us a few specific recommendations. He then scheduled follow up appointments to monitor birth weight. We weren't forced into formula feeding but he laid out all the options very clearly early on without judgment or pushiness. The other thing that I really appreciate about dealing with Dr. Saxena is his use of technology. Most doctors I've dealt with to date can barely type let alone use technology in the way that he does. He works on an apple laptop and documents his findings and consults back to what he has recorded in earlier visits. This seems reassuring as he seems to have his files on hand and deals with each patient in a continuous manner with attention to earlier facts. Doctor Saxena's staff work by email when setting up appointments or communicating related to admin bookings/questions with patients. He himself will send periodic emails (he's extremely prompt in responding to questions) when I've asked his staff for something that involves his own medical advice (Example. Prescriptions). His use of technology has been very helpful for my husband and my lifestyle (may not be for all families). Doctor Saxena, thank you for running such a great practice. We are new to your practice but look forward to many years of having our little one in your care. We new others who are bringing their children into your practice and everyone else has the same glowing review.

Dr. Sexena is an amazing physician and very helpful. Unfortunately, his services were not the best fit for my son but he has gone above and beyond to try to help me find the best services for my son. When I met with Dr. Sexena he told me that if I had any problems getting assistance for my son to give him a call which I did and called me back personally instead of just having one of his staff members call me back. It is nice to have finally met a physician who stands behind what he says.
