Doctor Florence is amazing. I have been going to him for almost 20 years. I don't know what I will do when he retires. His staff are so nice, and kind, and the doctor himself is the warmest doctor I have ever met. He has been doing this a long time, and knows what he is doing. He does take his time with each patient, and so he is often running late, and he does have so many loyal patients that his voicemail is almost always full, which can be very frustrating. But the kindness and caring of the Doctor and staff make the little annoyances tolerable.

Needed to reschedule appointment. Was calling the office 2-4 times a day, from work during business hours and from home in the evenings almost every single day for 2 months (including 2 weeks past my appointment). No-one EVER answered, answering machine is ALWAYS full. Super-unprofessional. I can only imagine how much fun followups questions/finding out results would be. How expensive can it be to hire a secretary to answer phones? Or maybe pay $2 extra per month to have a voicemail with more than 5 slots (or whatever the heck he has, and assuming he'd actually return the phonecalls)???

A refreshingly caring group of people. Helpful and friendly staff members. Dr. Florence is kind and reassuring. The wait times can be long but it's because he takes time to speak with each patient.
