On or about March 3, 2014, I submitted a rating for Dr. Richard Sidlofsky that consisted of two parts. Unfortunately, the administrators of this site seem to have missed the first part and have only published the second part. Sad to say, I did not keep a record of the first part. But I hope the admins can find it and post it in the proper order. If not, I will try to post it all over again. But I hope the admins can save me that trouble. IMHO, Dr. Sidlofsky is such a great doctor that it would be worth the trouble to rewrite the first part of my rating because it contained some important comments concerning his approach which is gentle, persistant and persuasive.
