A referral in which this doc's only 'treatment' was anti-psychotics for a person who was not psychotic, but suffering from PTSD symptoms. A highly functioning person who was frightened by this suggestion & rejected it. Psychiatrists need to be more than pushers for drug companies. And how about reading the charts and not pathologizing patients. A disappointment I will report to my own doc.
