Dr. Heyding Sr. was my clinician some years ago. I left to work abroad and returned to Toronto and he is now seeing me again as a patient. I find him to be staight forward, direct, helpful and resourceful.

I count myself very lucky to have Dr. Heyding as my doctor. He treats me as an intelligent equal, which is unusual. He answers questions honestly, deals fairly, offers sound advice (rather than presuming to issue orders), and understands the systemic and environmental aspects of illness. 10 out of 10!

He is a great doctor. He is willing to type everything and print the paper to show me what he means. He is patience and has sense of humor. I am really glad to have him as my doctor for 8 years. If I am not satisfied then he will do something else. Only thing I don't like about is that when he has a student doctor that he have me with them. That is the only thing I don't like about.

If he is ever late he apologizes. He listens and always willing to answer questions - keeps excellent records and one never feels like it is inconvenient. When there is a situation that is urgent - he will fit the person in right away. He was recommended to us and we are pleased to have him as our physician.

While Dr. Heyding is a little cool in his manner, he none-the-less gives the impression he cares about his patients. At times he seems overworked. He's never cancelled or moved an appointment.
