Dr. Zalan is kind, trustworthy and gentle. He does not have a G-d complex. Nor does he play mind games. He apologizes when he thinks he has made a mistake. He attempts to be open to new ideas. He is very knowledgeable. He is punctual and supportive by attempting to see issues from a client's point of view.
