Been with Dr. Krantz for over 20 years..she is sensitive ,concerned ,helpful,direct,takes great care of her patients.She and her staff makes her patients comfortable and satisfied.Herreceptionist,,Roland, although always very busy ,is helpful and understanding,always returns calls..very good service that I appreciate.

My experience is that Dr Krantz goes beyond the call of duty. Sure, this means wait times can be long; but when you're dealing with complex and complicated medical conditions, she's not putting you on a timer. I appreciate this approach because she genuinely cares and is a great doctor.

Dr. Krantz is caring and a wonderful listener. She follows up on everything promptly and I feel very safe in her care. The labs she uses are mostly in her building, which is very convenient.

My experiecne with her as my family doctor since I arrived in Canada (2005) has been amazingly good. She a wonderful listener who dedicated high quality time to her patients. She is amazing. Unfortunately the Doctor's office recepcionist does not have good manners and the enough patience to deal with the Doctor's patients.
