The doctor is ok, generally taking care of patients. However,the reception is very very rude! They even wanna charge me for confirming the appointment and hang off the phone when I am not even finished!! I wonder where I could make a complain. Or anyone who has the bad experiences as me, we could take to the manager. I feel so bad for the poor service of the reception .

The doctor is generally good, taking care of patients well. But from time to time, she is not punctual, which is understandable. however, the staff is ridiculously rude. They even wanted to charge me for confirming an appointment.
