dr. Sokolov was only able to see me two hours after the appointed time which resulted in a 20 minute consultation with him. He signed me up for group therapy to help with panic attacks even though I do not suffer from a panic attack disorder (I just happened to have had one for the first time in 15 years just before I saw him). My worries about medication fell on deaf ears and I have been unable to correspond with the doctor since my medication started giving me adverse effects 2 months ago!

Good beside manners. Listens, doesn't try to jump to immediate conclusion . Open minded. Comes across friendly. I noticed his bicycle parked in his office. At the onset, I made a joke on psychiatry in order to make a comfortable liaison. He reciprocated by laughing.

Genuinely decent man. I feel like he really hears me. Respectful, doesn't rush, not quick to apply a diagnosis if one isn't clear and will query other sources to support treatment. I think he is fantastic!
