Dr. Kassam has helped me through many tough situations with kind, caring concern. She is very knowledgeable and does not hesitate to look something up if she is not 100% sure. She is very thorough.

Very difficult to get through to secretary via phone. Email tends to be quicker. Dr Kassam is a great doctor! She is thorough,caring, cautious and spends time understanding your concerns. Also non judgemental.

Great family doctor very helpful and made the experience comfortable. However I do agree with the previous statements regarding the medical center and the difficulty getting through to a receptionist or having my message returned.

I wish a real person would answer the phone instead of having to leave a message. I called in May to make an appt and nobody got back to me!!! Other than that, I really like having Dr. Kassam as my primary doctor

the only problem with this clinic is that it's very hard to get thru to them on the phone, Dr. Kassam is very caring and takes time to explain things to you. I am very happy to have her as my Doctor.

Good people skills and a great doctor. Clinic, like all clinics, is generally fairly busy. That's to be expected these days. If your doctor isn't busy, you should probably find another doctor.
