Dr. Chow is knowledgeable, understanding, and has a great sense of humor. She has a way of encouraging patients without being patronizing or overbearing. She is also available to answer questions via e-mail, which is wonderful when you find yourself in a difficult situation between appointments. I think she is a wonderful doctor, a warm human being, and an asset to the mental health community.
