With prime scheduled appointments she is routinely late by at least 1 hour. Once in the exam room, she spends about five minutes with you. Human puppy mill.

Never on time for appointments, always late. However, she is a great family doctor and my family has been going to her for over 10 years now.

Very rude to patients. Gets frustrated very easily and that in turn affects the way she treats her patients. She is not helpful and refuses to answer questions. She is not punctual and frequently 30 minutes late.

I have been a patient for seven years. My whole family goes to Dr. Seid. She has proven to be an excellent doctor, knowledgeable and caring. She is quick to assess medical issues and if she cannot help you, she quickly refers you to a specialist. My husband's old doctor, it took them years of prescribing medications until he changed to Dr. Seid and she sent him to a specialist. Unfortunately, it's often a hit or miss with her staff. Certain days, they are the best, but other days, they get quite short to the point of outright rudeness. Since Dr. Seid is one of the best family doctors I ever had the chance to meet, I would overlook her staffs' behaviour. As I mentioned earlier, the rude attitude does not happen often.
