Dr. Soto De Machat is wonderful, caring, and very kind. The front desk staff, however, are incredibly rude and impatient, particularly on the phone. They will often hang up on you before you're done speaking with them.

she is very good with me and she does not rush me when i am talking. she actually asks a lot of questions on recent syntomatology.
