Just found out that Dr.Papastergiou failed to inform me with test results and I found out though going to my new doctor 1.5 years later! Derek has no bedside manner, is rude, impatient and does not take the time to listen to his patients. He does not call you back with test results and he doesnt believe you when you say things. I saw a specialist who confirmed my child had a condition, and Derek always told me "it was just in my head". Very unprofessional. I do not suggest going to this doctor.

When his nurse was there, his practice ran like a smooth ship. She has left his practice leaving one to believe that she was the reason his practice used to run so smoothly.Dr.P used to be a wonderful doctor with the help of his staff. Lately the staff is ever changing and uneducated. They have made repetitive mistakes in our bookings, repetitive mistakes in referrals to wrong doctors. He charges you for missed appointments but if he makes a mistake, you are not paid for your wasted time driving to the wrong place that HIS secretary sent you to.

My wife and I have been his patients for 15 years or so, and rarely have we waited past our appointment timees. He is caring, considerate, patient and open to dicussions and feedbacks.

Amazing at getting you in, is always on time but always has time for you-even if it was not on your original appointment agenda. Is open to your input and will work with other health professionals.

Going to the doctors is not alway pleasent but Dr. Papastergiou and his staff make it "Fun" Keep up the great work guys.
