It is impossible to get through to the office. In the past, clients would have to wait on hold for 20 minutes to talk to the receptionist. Now they have turned off the ability to wait on hold. You now get a message that says they are busy with another patient and to call back. I have called 20+ times over the last two days with no success. It is ridiculous.

Dr. Khan is a caring doctor with empathy for his patients. He is a good listener and never speaks down to the patients. He is willing to adjust his opinion and prescriptions provided to suit the evolving complaints. A kind man.

This doctor is very friendly and makes you feel like you are a person and not just a number. He seems to care about mental health just as much as physical health and is willing to go the extra mile to help someone and find out what the problem is. The secutary is a little quiet but she gets her job done.

The good reviews about the office staff are old ones. The new office staff leaves a lot to be desired. It is very difficult to get in touch with the office and on two occasions I have not even had the courtesy of reply to my message so had to use a Walk In Clinci. Long wait times for appointments when you eventually get through to the secretary. This office is not nearly as friendly and efficient as the previous staff who were there prior to 2012

Dr. Khan has a very inconvenient booking policy and makes no exceptions. He books same day and next day only and you can only book by calling about 9am. If you call too late he'll be all booked up and the secretary is not accomodating to exceptions for ill or elderly where this is difficult.

His staff are extraordinary! Dr is definately not punctual, however, he is caring and does not hesitate to refer you to good specialists.

Dr. Khan is the best Doctor ever he is up to date and on the ball when it comes to finding out what is wrong, he also has a great staff they are very friendly and are willing to help any way they can
