Been my doctor for many yrs now and I have absolutely no complaints. He is approachable, open to trying new ideas; will look into new techniques etc. He is not quick to push pills which is refreshing to say the least.

I have generally been satisfied with his care, however is Receptionist is absolutely unprofessional. Rude, not balanced, is unstable, not organized and truly does not support patients. I can not believe she is still there! The office is filthy!

While I have no problem with Dr.Kugler as a physican, it is his rude receptionist that never answers the phone to the point where you have to literally go into the office to schedule an appointment. They are also brutal to responding to faxes from the pharmacy for prescription renewal...sometimes up to 2 weeks if they respond at all.

If Dr. Kugler is unsure of any condition he refers you to a specialist immediately. He also is a very caring doctor and no matter what age you are he gives you his complete attention to your matter.

Great Doctor, doesn't hesitate to look things up in a medical book. If he can't diagnose the problem he will be sure to refer you to a specialist.
