Dr. Ruth was great! She didn't try and rush me out the door and she made sure that I covered everything I needed before she moved on to the next person.

Inaccessible for appointments. Staff incompetent, lost documents, used white-out on legal forms, had to make several trips to rectify their mistakes, staff unable to fax results to treatment centre, gross incompetence Cannot really rate punctuality, never able to get an appointment, told to go to emergency at hospital for examination. But will give booster shots!

Told me not to bother with a physical unless I knew there was something wrong... Isn't that why we get them? To find things early?
