Dr. Frank actually listens to your problems and provides straight forward, honest answers to any questions you may have. When he is with you, he is focused only on you and your concerns. Although he moves quickly and efficiently you never feel as if he is rushing you out of his practice.

Worst doctor I ever saw. When I went to him about hot flashes persisting, his answer was "You have just been listening to OPRAH. Can you believe it. So insulting.

Dr. Frank is very punctual; only have to wait a few minutes. Very knowledgable and caring person. Feel comfortable disclosing information to him. Receptionist is also friendly, courteous and helpful. Performs appropriate tests and follows up appropriately as well until issue resolved.

Amazing!!!! Prompt, actually listens, creates a custom made serum that has greatly improved my quality of life. I like his straight-forward but polite approach. Every doctor should learn from him how to treat their patients.

He is indifferent, condescending, and was unwilling to address issues. I suffered greatly for another 8 weeks of severe menopausal symptoms. Found a caring doctor in Hamilton who helped me immensely.
