Dr. Willard is a very excellent, patient and dedicate doctor. He is an excellent surgeon. The surgery and care he gave my mother at 89 was extra-ordinary. We couldn't have asked for a better doctor to treat her and is still treating her.....Elvira. He is kind, patient and always listens with much concern.
