I rated punctuality a 3 because she spends quality time with her patients. I don't mind the waiting, that's how good she is. I've been going to her for over 20 years and will keep going til she decides to stop practicing. Her staff are also wonderful people. I hope some day she will move her practice to Vaughan...closer to me.

Staff always seem over busy so that can come across as not having time. Dr. Kosar is amazing, love her great bed side manner, never gives me a feeling of no time...
