Very friendly, patient and helpful doctor and staff. Gave us available options for meds for our son, but did not push us. We got in quite quick and all appointments were on time.

The most amazing and knowlegable doctor I've ever come across. I wish the Colledge of Surgeons and Physicians would take lesson's from her and focus their attention of the seriously neglegent care going on, on a daily basis by the many other practicing doctors. She saved my son from a privious doctor's dismissive attitude that would have resulted in serious health issues if Dr. Dockrill did not correct the issue. She knew what was wrong within seconds were as the other rude doctor was dismissive... he had GERD. The other doctor ignored my concerns completely.

my daughter was being seen by a developmental paediatrician who, after about ten minutes, declared she was absolutely not autistic because "she smiles and can be social". dr dockrill spent TWO SOLID HOURS with us - she started at the top of saari's head (literally) and examined her right down to between her toes (seriously! i didn't know toe webbing could be associated with problems). she had saari draw pictures, repeat words, sentences, and phrases. had her stand on one leg, then the other; catch a ball - small ball, then a big one (which she couldn't); read; use scissors; draw shapes she was shown; and so on and on. it would've taken twice as long except the nurse was running most of the tests on saari while the doctor was interviewing me. we were in the same room, so there was a lot of "saari just cut a really great circle!" [from the nurse] and the doctor cheered but quietly said to me "you notice she uses scissors with her left hand?". at the end of it, she said the tests had to be sent to a specialist for confirmation but it was very clear that saari is autistic as she shows "very characteristic motor deficits". she also explained that Asperger's in girls is *very* different from Asperger's in boys as girls tend to copy those around them in order to try and blend in, while boys ... well, they don't. i TOTALLY LOVE dr dockrill and let me tell you something: if i'd known about the mom and baby depot when i was pregnant with saari, i would've sold blood to come up with the money -- because maybe saari would've been born normal.

Wonderful caring intelligent physician. I am concerned about the pressure she is under by the arrogant College of Physicians and Surgeons who have taken four years out of her life with the most outrageous if not utterly fascist investigation.
