Fantastic Family Dr. Personable, excellent Dr/Patient communication skills, takes time to answer questions, leaves you feeling important, looks beyond symptom- treating and is open to making referrals to Professional colleagues. Kind, caring, compassionate and provides feedback to patients personally, as is warranted, which is so appreciated! Takes time to explain what you don't understand and in "layman' terms". So helpful. Best Fam Dr I have ever had in terms of listening, diagnosis, treatment and follow up. He's a 5+ for me! His office staff is superb, especially his "right hand gal" Teresa, who contacts you as needed for treatment and/or feedback, as well as fields your appointment inquiries with friendliness, respect and total confidentiality. I feel blessed that I chose and was able to attend with Dr Lothstein when He came to Wiarton. Can't say enough good things ! So Thankful. (V. Doubt - Apr 2017)
