I wait about an hour for all my appointments, staff is unwelcoming and I feel she isn't listening when I tell her how I'm feeling.

sometimes have to wait and your appointment is is late but worth the wait as she is very gentle and patient and kind and compassionate and listens to all your needs. Staff is friendly and welcoming as well.
