July 6, 1967, I was smashed up while riding on a motor cycle, 13 broken ribs, punctured lung, broken collar bone, knee injury, broken leg. Not given much chance to survive. Dr Donal Carom, stayed at the hospital for a whole week, and brought me through . I've remembered Him, and his genuine concern for me. I've led a good and happy life, because of Dr Carom, The staff at the Windsor Hospital, was GREAT also. Thanks is a small word, but I've never forgot the care . God Bless you all.

Dr. Carom has been my Doctor for going on 43 yeaars. He has always shown compassion and tremdous knowledge to our entire family. He is a very GOOd Man.
