I have been a patient of Dr. Yakoubs for several years. This past summer, I have struggled with chronic cough and difficulty breathing. Desperate on a holiday weekend, I visited a clinic and was prescribed several medications that did nothing to help relieve the cough and shortness of breath. One visit to Dr. Yakoub a week later, proper medications prescribe, I have not coughed since administering the meds she prescribe. I find her to be very caring, thorough, and will give you as much time as you need no matter how backed up her waiting room may become. Having said that, I have never waited more than 15 minutes beyond my appointment. That tells me she doesn't over book and I appreciate that immensely.

Usually pleasant but very defensive and not always willing to listen. Refers out all the time.

She is an oustanding doctor taking excellent care of patients. She has great skill and professional knowledge and works restlessly to help patients.

I have been going to see Dr. Yakoub for years and she is wonderful. Her staff however always make things a harrowing experience. I am sick to the teeth of not being able to get through on the phone sometimes even taking up to a week just to get someone to answer the phone. Getting a timely appointment is sheer luck. BUT once you are in to see her she is a GREAT MD. Highly recommend her to ANYBODY but her staff..... abysmal.

I have been going to see Dr Yakoub for a number of years now. She is extremely thorough and she never rushes you. Its amazing how she always makes time to speak to you about everyday things. More doctor's should do this. Great work Dr Yakoub.

We all love dr. Yakoub; she is a very good doctor BUT it is so difficult to get to her.... a very busy doctor, and the secretary just says .. if you need it.. go to the walking clinic.. otherwise wait three weeks to get an appointment, if lucky!

Dr. Yakoub is a lovely caring women. She will send you for appropriate testing when needed. Her staff does not try to accomodate but prefer to send you to her clinic. Very difficult to get in to see her.

Dr. Yakoub is a wonderful doctor. She WILL figure out what is wrong with you. She cares about her patients and their well being. The best doctor I've ever had.

Dr Yakoub is the best physician I have been to. She really cares about what's going on with you! She doesn't rush you out or just give you meds to fix your problems! She is truly what all Doctors should model from!!

Dr.Yakoub is not a pill pusher like all those other doctors...she will do every test to rule out what she thinks is going on if thats not it she will run more tests till she knows...this doctor treats my kids like there own and has a very good heart wouldn't trade her for the world

Dr. Yakoub is a busy woman, but once she's with you, she gives you as much time as you need; she's energetic, friendly, caring, knowledgable, and understanding; her staff is good and helpful, but a bit low-key.
