I appreciate Dr. Zahrabelny. He is kind, gentle and patient. He really listens and I feel that he cares about my health, and that of my family as well. I have been a patient of his for at least 30 years and I would like him to be my Doctor forever, although sadly, I know that is not possible.

Dr. Zahrebelny is a wonderful doctor. Very calm, smart, and always helpful. He will always listen to any concern. Every time I go in to see him, he is accurate and speeds up recovery. I wish the staff was the same way. Every time I go into the doctors office, I either get an eye roll or a snarky smirk. Especially from the one that has trouble walking. (Sorry, don't know your name.) Absolutely ridiculous. I wish that the amazing personality of Dr. Z would rub off on them and make them happier people.

He is such a thorough and caring doctor.. always checks things out His calm demeanour is so soothing too... he has helped our family immensely . He is fine with natural remedies too.. he has two receptionists who are so mean it does not make sense to us Luckily he has hired a newer one who is so much more pleasant and so is his wife.. hope it rubs off Smile ladies..

So far I've only had him at the clinic. He was very kind, helpful, and calmed me quite a bit. He explained to me that what I had was an infection in my salivary gland and that was why the right side of my chin to my neck was swollen. I was much relieved that it wasn't anything worse and he explained the antibiotic and exactly how many days it would take to clear, all quite accurately I may add. He made me feel very cared for. I definitely have him on high consideration for a choice of family doctor.

I have gone to this doctor many times for the same issue and he hasn't helped me one bit. In fact, the pharmacist has told me twice that he switched my medication to the same pill but with a different name when he told me they were very different and I saw no difference/result whatsoever. I was in his office today on account of a few issues. I had maybe 45 seconds (not exaggurating)before he whipped out a pen and wrote a presecription. I continued with my other issues but there was no way in hell he would let me explain. While I was talking he slid the prescription over to me, stood up and proceeded towards the door while I was in mid-conversation. He was standing in the OPEN DOORWAY while I was still sitting down explaining other problems I had. This is very unethical of a doctor and I was appauled, I waited an hour and 30 minutes for a 3 minute conversation with a doctor that was only interested in writing the prescription and getting me out of there. He was clearly only interested in profit and showed no care of interest in my health issues. The last sentence I said was, "I just don't understand because I have never heard anybody else with the same issue and this shouldn't have lasted over a year." He responded with, "Your one in a million." Thanks doc...
