Time is now 10:20 AM. I have been on the phone since 9:16 AM Friday Oct 16 to make an appointment. Cut off twice and had to reconnect. Tired of listening to ads and having to push #1 to stay on line. I know I will be cut off again. Terrible phone system. Should not take over an hour to make an appointment. I have other things to do rather that sit on the phone punching in #1 to stay reconnected. Very poor system and should be upgraded. If they had FB or e mail would be making complaint and or appointment in this manner. Phone system sucks. Please improve your communications

My husband had a physical and was called in about his cholesterol. He did not mention anything about his psa, we later found out it was 7.4. Normal is below 4. The next year had his physical and his psa was over 11. The cancer had spread to outside his prostate by then. He is still in treatment for this cancer after 5 years. We went to London and got the best surgeon to operate. Very disappointing and a risk. Our family all changes Dr. How can a Dr miss this kind of reading? :(

Dr Dennison has been our Doctor for sixteen years. He is one awesome Doctor and we need him to move to Listowel as we have been here 3 years and still drive 4hrs to see Dr Dennison he is the BEST!
