Dr Botrous is a wonderful Doctor. She is thorough, receptive to concerns and knowledgable. She is easy to talk to, and takes the time necessary to listen to her patients. What a refreshing change from my previous physician!

WOW..this doctor is amazing. She really cares about my well being.And that makes me feel safe. Windsor doctors should spend a day with her and learn the true meaning of health care.

Dr. Botrous and her receptionist are great. But if you get stuck dealing with Dr. Chan's receptionist, she's just rude.

Dr. Botrous is an excellent doctor. She is knowledgeable, listens to everything you have to say and is very thorough. Occasionally the waits are long but I know that when it is my turn I will get all the time I need.
