Dr. Rattan's secretary rarely answers the phone. It is impossible to book with her. When I switched Dr. and I wanted to pick up my files she said she needed at least 3 days before they would be ready.The Dr. failed to diagnose my Shingles and refused to prescribe the anti-viral. It is important to start them within 48-72 hours to minimize lasting damage. I had to get a second opinion from a clinic. I would not recommend this Dr to anyone.

I can never get through when i call. Receptionist is not very helpful or knowledeable. Not impressed.

I've never have to wait long at apptmnt time.Dr. seems very competent.She is friendly and easy to talk to. I only wish that she was in the office more frequently. The staff are competent.
