Even though you wait to see he listens, attentive and thorough. I had no issue getting anyone to answer when I call and he ensured he informed me as soon as he got my biopsy report. Nice to have a doctor that listens and cares.

dr Nour needs to pay attention to how his office staff treats HIS patience, and how they are over booking people and make the patient feel crappy when we mention 2-6 hour wait for a app specified time is unacceptable. patience have lives to . if your busy fine but every appt NOT.. your overbooking its obvious. the wait time to me is easier to go to london and back and still beat the wait in Nours office. the office girls are VERY IGNORANT TO patience .. uncompassionate as well.. like we are not important.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME/UNPROFESSIONAL Was told to expect 1-2hr wait. My wait was over 3hrs. Clinc hours are posted as closing at 4pm. I left after 630pm. The doctor spent less than 2mins with me after 6 months apt wait, then 3hrs in office. Intake paperwork did not ask what my symptoms were. Nurse said to tell the doctor. Dr Nour did NOT listen to my symptons/complaints and sent me for blood work. He said they would call me within 3 days. Its been over a week. When I called the office the receptionist didn't even take my name and said results take 2wks. WHY DOES EVERYTHING THIS DOCTOR DOES TAKE TWICE AS LONG AS OTHER ENDOS IN THE CITY?? Why didn't the receptionist take my name, check into it and call me back? Pure lazyness thats why. Ive worked in a medical office before and things should not be done that way.

I am grateful to have Dr Nour for my diabetes and thyroid care. He is very straight forward with test results and as long as you are following a proper diet and blood work results are ok he is always encouraging. If your results aren't good he reminds you what the long term effects will be to your health. We all certainly need to realize medication isn't the only part of caring for diabetes. I always have to wait for my appt but it's worth it.

As a doctor I think he is good as long as you don't challenge him. A scheduled appointment will be at least 2 hours late. No one answers the phone and when the answering service answers the office never gets the message. I asked my family doctor to find me a new endro and she did, I am now extremely happy with my new endro.

I can never get through on the phone to make an appointment and I Never get called back when I leave a message. He seems not that caring and wont tell me my blood test results. My first appointment he has his back to me the entire time and wasn't very attentive.

Dr. Noor was very attentive and gave me all the time I needed for questions. He was very kind and calming when explaining procedures and was very reassuring. Even though he was behind in his appointments, he did not rush to get me out. Great experience.

Probably the nicest doctor in terms of bedside manner, personality, that I've ever met. Didn't feel like another number, and disinterested attitude most other doctors demonstrate. Was quick to take the time to explain and answer any questions.

He was very personable and knowledgable. He listened and didn't talk down to me. He is willing to leave no stone unturned to find the answers that we needed. the only degative is the wait time between your appointment time and when you actually get in, however the wait is worth it.
