Dr. Naylor is a very compassionate caring Dr that takes the time to listen to your problems.he gets you into specialist immediately,makes sure to do annual blood work.I have had him for approx 18 years & am going to hate it when he retires.if you go to him with a problem that is for a specialist & he does not know the illness he actually researches it.i have been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis & he researched it to find out more about it.also Maryanne his staff is also awesome & sweetheart.She also gets to know the patients.She always treats patients very kindly.I respect the both of them very much.he is not a pill pusher as most Dr's are.and that is great.and there is no wait time.you are in when it is your time.You don't have to sit and wait for hours.Longest i have ever had to wait is about 5 minutes.Which happens rarely.

Am a VERY picky person when it comes to my healthcare professionals. Cannot and will not stand for waiting for an appointment - Dr Naylor has been great for that, if my appointment is for 1:45 - it means 1:45, not 2:00, 2:30, or later. When I get in, he takes care of my needs in a no-bs way and I feel he listens well and addresses all of my concerns without wasting my time.
