From the receptionist, hearing specialist, to the doctor--all were professional and made the visit with the doctor pleasant and worthwhile. The doctor was clear, articulate and thoughtful.

I found Dr. Oh to be a great doctor. He was not cold in any means. Very professional and just to the point.

I found Dr. Oh to be very detached even though his medical knowledge was 100%. He creates a very cold environment. I believe that people who are ill need a better "bedside manner" An occasional smile would help his image.
