Dr. Chow is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and takes his time with you during each appointment allowing you not to feel rushed. This could be the cause for running behind schedule but its not too bad of a wait. The staff for the most part are pleasant, however, the receptionist are very slow at answering the telephone and there is an wait time upward of 15-30mins. The receptionists require better customer service skills.

Dr. Chow is the most pleasant Docter I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable and really makes his patients feel at ease. My kids and I are so comfortable with him. He is really good with kids. He has a gentle comforting voice and demenour about him. I highly reccomend Dr. Chow.
