The staff is ridiculous, they keep you on hold for 20 minutes. Then when they finally answer and you ask for an appointment, it's never urgent. What do they consider urgent!!! She's a GP not a specialist or surgeon. Give me a break!!!

staff are ridiculous...never at all helpful! Never a recording to say when the office is closed! Dr Vitaro is great but always in a rush and doesn't dedicate the necessary time to give a proper diagnosis!

Dr. Vitaro is one of the most caring and compassionate physicians I have ever known. She is knowledgeable and thorough. Her staff are friendly and helpful.

love, love, love Dr. Vitaro. Staff always seem like are are too busy and your questions are a bother to them. Getting an appointment here is also always a challenge. If i didn't like Dr. Vitaro so much, I would be looking for another doctor.
