If you have an issue and want it dealt with fast, Dr. Marsetti can make that happen. She's smart and if she doesn't know something she isn't afraid to refer you to someone who can help. She is cold, and a bit insensitive but when I needed help, she helped. Probably better suited to care for men than women. I liked the speed of the appointments and direct answers. My wife and kids couldn't handle that. Staff was cold.

I agree with the review below. She is far from caring or even empathetic. She does not listen to your concerns nor does she even know how to read her own previous notes. Despite bad experiences with her I keep going back hoping that she simply was having a bad day (or even a bad year) but now over a couple of years I have finally had enough and understand that this is simply who she is. I sometimes feel worse after seeing her as she finds a way to belittle my questions and concerns. All my friends advise me to see a doctor for my concerns and I leave there feel stupid and why I wasted my time. Year after year now I reliieze that it is her not me. All my extended amily have left her and I should have done the same thing a long time ago.

The one good comment given on this board on Dr. Sandra Marsetti must have been written by her. She is far from caring or even empathetic. She does not listen to your concerns nor does she even know how to read her own previous notes. Dr. Marsetti, if you actually read this understand that knowledge is only half of your job - people need to feel reassured and comfortable with you as a doctor and this is key to the whole processes of seeing a doctor. People must trust you and not feel like they are unheard.

Dr. Sandra Marsetti is an excellent family doctor, She is very knowledgeable, kind, caring medical doctor. She answers all my questions, and shows such care in explaining. Dr. Marsetti is extremely considerate, and very understanding.. .. i am very happy to have her as my doctor. Thank you Dr. Marsetti for taking great care of me.

I'm new to the Dr and I have to say I'm not very impressed. I am in the process of getting a new one. Aside from having to go in to see her for every little thing, when I do go in, she's clueless as to why I'm even there. Waste of my time.

Being a long time patient with Marsetti, I am quite displeased on how I’ve been treated recently. Aside from the fact that I’ve had to schedule an appointment for every concern as (I have been asked to reschedule another appointment if I raise any issues other than what my booked appointment was scheduled for). Nonetheless, my recent interaction with Dr. Marsetti’s office has made me so distraught when dealing with the receptionist that I have now finally chosen to seek another family doctor in Woodbridge. Her office procedures are so outdated that it now causes distress just to schedule an appointment. Dr. Marsetti should seek professional assistance when hiring staff that are rude, unhelpful and inappropriate. One day, after an appointment I was fortunate to experience her gossiping about another patient to me. I can just imagine what she said about me today to any patients sitting in her office today and/or Dr. Marsetti. Too bad, I can’t write a letter advising of the inappropriateness with her staff as I can’t even fax it, then don’t have a fax machine. Dr. Marsetti is a good doctor, too bad her staff ruins that reputation.

We were shocked by the tiny glass sliding window separating patient and receptionist - such a divide. Upon meeting Dr. Marsetti, she did not shake our hands or make very much eye contact with us. Upon announcing to her that I am newly pregnant for the first time, I received no reaction but instead was told to go take a blood test to confirm I am pregnant and then come back for a physical. We were in and out of the examination room in 3 minutes flat. We felt like nothing more than numbers to her. Dr. Marsetti appears cold and lacks a nurturing and comforting quality. Needless to say, I am in the process of seeking out another doctor in the area!

Lacks personality. Very cold person. Lacks warmth. Completes a physical in less than 5 minutes. Like the review before this, she makes you feel timid to ask anything.

Dr Marsetti is not a bad doctor but is not a great doctor either. Her bed side manner is something that you just don't picture a family doctor having. She can seem cold and bothered at times. YOu are in and out of the examination rooms in a matter of a few minutes. You can feel intimidated by asking her questions, or maybe even scared. Just wish that I could find a doctor who really cares about their patients. Where have all the good doctors gone!!!!
