Has misdiagnosed me on a number of occasions and has refused requests for a requisition for physiotherapy on numerous occasions. The sole purpose is for my insurance company to reimburse me for physio treatments. Misdiagnosis of shingles and neglecting proper care and referral to specialists where necessary.

Dr. Boyd has been my family doctor for 20 years and I have always felt she had my health and person as her primary concern. Never rushed and always ready to answer one more question. A knowledgeable and caring professional.
