Dr Roy is an excellent and caring family Dr. The best. Unfortunately, the clinic admin staff are generally unfriendly and unhelpful. There have also been several instances when medical reports etc have simply got lost. After being a patient of Dr Roy for over 15 yrs I learned today, by accident, that he left the Westend clinic at the end of August. The clinic said letters were sent out advising patients but I certainly didn't get one.

Best doctor ever. Very caring and listens to his patients, frankly the best! Clinic setting lacks caring, receptionists not too kind or helpful.

The Best Doctor ever....just wish he had never changed offices...I do not find his new office staff friendly or helpful!!

Miss having Dr.Roy in a more personal setting when he had an office vs a cold, inpersonal clinic. However, he is aware of the change in "climate" and wishes only the best for his patients as always.
