This Dr by all appearances seems nice. However, he falls short in follow up care. He makes promises and doesn’t follow through. His office is very difficult to deal with as well.

Dr Kify was very kind in the beginning but when I required follow up even though he specifically told me to call his office directly he ignored my calls, his receptionist said he received the messages and fax but went on a lunch and never returned and said he "would deal with it later" on his way out but he didn't come back for the remainder of the day and that day was his only in office for a week. This is poor patient care. To avoid a patients call when trying to book an appointment and can't get in for 2 weeks then to be ignored directly and purposely he would rather me sit in an emerg room for hours on end rather than pick up the phone and help me. this is unacceptable. I will be looking into finding a new doctor.
