dr. mendonca is the WORST doctor i have ever seen. she is totally self-absorbed and oh sooo busy; she can see you for 2 seconds and not for any follow-up when her prescriptions simply do not work.

This dr never rushes you through an appointment. She extends herself and gets to the bottom of your complaint. Her professionalism is second to none. She listens, never interrupts and gives you 100% I have seen her for 5 years . Her staff, Kathy, does what she can to make you comfortable and ensures you are seen quickly. I love this dr and feel so lucky to find someone who is thorough and knowledgable. She even has Kathy call you to follow up and make sure you are responding to any medication she has prescribed..It is quite obvious they love what they do.

Great doctor. She asks you and listens to you. She looks at you entire situations - she even asked about my kids if they were sick and made her recommendations. Gave me guidelines on when to bring the kids in. Really caring person. Too bad she is not taking any new patients. I would love for her to be our new family doctor since we recently moved to Whitby from Toronto. See her if you can at the Whitby Mall Urgent care. If you are her patient in ther current practice, you are fortunate to have her.
